We offer hassle-free exchanges and returns if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please make sure to initiate the return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. You can choose between getting a refund to your original payment method or exchanging the item.

Returned items should be in their original condition without wear, stains, or odor, and with tags still attached. Kindly reach out to us at hello@berbastudio.com with your order number and reason for return to start the process. We'll provide you with a return label. Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll process the refund.

Please note that the original shipping charges won't be refunded.

For exchanges, please email hello@berbastudio.com with your order number and what you would like in place of the item you have already purchased. We will then send you a return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will then send the exchanged item.
